This website lets visitors view Jara’s services and prepare contact or quote enquiries. It has no newsletter subscription and loads no analytics, advertising or profiling tools. The terms relating to commercial communications and other company processing only apply where the corresponding processing and its legal basis exist. Browsing or accepting the privacy policy does not in itself authorise advertising communications.
This Privacy Policy may be updated or adapted as a result of changes to current legislation or to the website itself. Please read it carefully each time you provide your personal data.
Visiting this website does not require users to provide any information about themselves. However, personal data may be requested through forms during the visit.
The data we request on this website is adequate, relevant and strictly necessary to provide the services offered. You are under no obligation to provide it, although you should be aware that not providing it may affect or prevent the provision of the service.

5. SOCIAL NETWORKS
Visiting JARA Mantenimiento de piscinas’ public social media profiles does not involve the collection of personal data unless expressly authorised.
The user has a profile on the same social network and has decided to join the page created by JARA ER 2019 S.L.U., thereby expressing interest in the information published on the network. By joining our page, the user gives us consent to process the personal data published on their profile.
Users may access the social network’s own privacy policies at any time and configure their profile to ensure their privacy.
JARA ER 2019 S.L.U. accesses and processes the user’s public information, particularly their contact name. This data is used only within the social network itself. It is not incorporated into any file.
JARA ER 2019 S.L.U. will carry out the following actions:
- Access to the profile’s public information.
- Publication on the user’s profile of any information already published on the JARA ER 2019 S.L.U. page.
